1. Acceptance & Engagement Scope

By accessing joyousleads.com, purchasing copies of Aspects of Decision, downloading our executive leadership guides, or contracting Joyous Edifonce for keynote or boardroom advisory sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Engagement.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Joyous Edifonce. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from engaging the services or utilizing our proprietary materials.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Ownership

All content published on this platform—including but not limited to the text, structure, frameworks, diagrams, illustrations, audio transcriptions, and keynote video materials of Aspects of Decision and all Leaders Guides—is the exclusive intellectual property of Joyous Edifonce.

3. Book Orders & Fulfillment

When placing an order for Aspects of Decision via /books/order or our digital storefronts:

• Digital Editions (E-Book & Audiobook): Digital editions purchased via Gumroad are delivered instantly via digital download. All sales of digital products are final once downloaded.
• Physical Editions (Paperback & Hardcover): Once an order is submitted, our operations team will contact you within 1 to 12 hours to verify destination shipping fees, taxes, and dispatch logistics.
• Damaged Goods Guarantee: If a physical copy arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation for an immediate replacement copy.

4. Keynote & Speaking Engagements

Inquiries submitted through our booking interface (/book-joyous or /speaking) represent an initial request for availability and are subject to formal confirmation:

• Dates are formally reserved only upon execution of a speaking contract and receipt of the required engagement deposit.
• Travel, lodging, and technical rider specifications will be detailed in the formal speaker agreement.
• Recording, broadcasting, or rebroadcasting of live keynotes requires explicit prior written consent.

5. Advisory Disclaimer
